At Arvato Direct Services GmbH in Gütersloh, our HSAJET® Infinity printers have proven their value on the production floor. Following a successful initial implementation and positive results in daily operation, the partnership has continued to evolve – with even more developments that took place in July.

The systems were implemented as part of a joint, multi-month project to optimise the packaging line. The Infinity systems enable selective, database-driven processing, which was a requirement from the customer. "The collaboration with Arvato was consistently constructive and solution-oriented," emphasises Herr Holger Schwark, Account Manager at HSA Systems. The goal was to enhance existing processes and significantly improve print quality – a goal that was successfully achieved.

Maximized Uptime and Print Quality, Minimized Costs

The Infinity printers offer significantly higher uptime and noticeably improved print quality compared to competing solutions. The ease of operation and quick startup times also impress both the technical department and Sven Tielking, Head of Shrink-Wrapping and Logistics at Arvato Direct Services: “Ultimately, what really matters is the total cost. These include not just consumables like ink but also factors such as downtime and overall uptime. In this regard, the Infinity printers offer a clear advantage”.

Boosting Output with Expanded Production Lines

Encouraged by the positive results and the reduction in total cost, Arvato Direct Services GmbH decided to invest in two additional Infinity printing systems.

For a company producing 14 million supplements each week, the high performance of the Infinity printers is indispensable. The new systems have been delivered and commissioned in June 2025.

In the future, a total of four production lines will be operated using HSA Systems’ high-performance inkjet technology, ensuring efficient and high-quality product marking.
