Plug & Play Solution
Designed for simplicity, MCI combines all essential functions into one compact stand-alone unit. Installation takes only minutes, allowing production to start quickly without complicated setup procedures.

The intuitive touchscreen interface makes operation straightforward, reducing training requirements and helping operators become productive immediately.

Smart Card cartridge technology automatically identifies the installed cartridge, adjusts printing parameters and continuously monitors ink levels. Cartridge replacement is clean, fast, and requires no tools.

UniDraw is HSA Systems' in-house developed design software, providing a simple yet powerful platform for creating and managing print layouts.

What is the maximum print height?
MCI delivers a print height of 12.7 mm (0.5”).

How fast can the MCI printer print?
MCI can achieve print speeds of up to 182 metres per minute at 300 x 300 dpi. Higher speeds can be achieved at lower dpi. 

What languages are available? 
The MCI standard language package includes English, Chinese (simplified & traditional), Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. User interface and menus can be translated into any language ensuring accessibility for operators worldwide.

MCI offer full Unicode support. It is possible to design and print texts in any language, font, and character set. MCI also offer localised date formatting and support for various languages and fonts in the same layout.

What materials can MCI print on? 
We offer ink for virtually all types of materials. Within our large range of HSAJET HP45si and HP45ai cartridges, you find black, white, and various colours for almost all types of material: Paper, cardboard, plastic, foils, blisters, metal, wood, glass, gypsum, etc.
